Starting in 1986, our firm was known then as First Pacific Maintenance Services, Inc. We serviced many major clients in the government and the private sector. Some of our clients:
U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. We serviced over a million square feet for the Navy at this facility.
For eleven years we serviced the tallest building in Richmond, CA at the Frank Hagel Federal Building, that housed the Western Regional District Offices of the Social Security Administration.
We serviced the Veterans Administration’s Palo Alto Health Care System which included hospitals at Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Livermore, CA and health clinics at Redwood City, San Jose, and Monterey, CA. The combined square footage of all these facilities was approximately 1.2 million square feet. We serviced their facilities for ten years.
In 2002, there was an ownership change, and the new management staff decided to change the name of the firm to Transpacific Building Maintenance, Inc.
